TEHSEEN R. NAQVI, MD

I completed her residency in Family Practice from Maine Dartmouth Family Practice, Augusta, Maine and her fellowship in Geriatric medicine from Maine Medical Center, Portland Maine.

Dr Naqvi is also Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and Geriatric Medicine. Board Certified physicians hold the highest credentials that can be earned by physicians in this specialty.

She has extensive training/experience in treating patients in out-patient clinic, Hospital setting, Rehabilitation Center and Nursing Homes. Patients shower her with compliments like she is a knowledgeable, easy to talk, passionate and caring. Dr Naqvi currently resides in Olney MD with her family. She likes cooking, walking and travel in her spare time.

Mercy Eseme, CRNP:

She is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She has more than 10 years of experience in taking care of patients as a Nurse and Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She considers herself passionate and hardworking. She focuses on the patient's best care.

Mercy's work experience consists of working in hospital and nursing home settings.  Her past experiences have provided her with extensive and comprehensive knowledge of medical conditions, treatments and preventive care. Mercy focuses on patient-centred care and strives to provide her patients the highest quality medical services.

She loves reading, singing and dancing, cooking, listening to music and travel.

 

Kemi Ogunmakinwa, CRFNP:

Kemi Ogunmakinwa graduated from Howard University with BSN and Master’s degrees in Nursing. She also earned a Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Howard University. She is Board certified by the American Academy of Nurse practitioners. She had more than 16-years experience working as a Nurse in haematology-oncology, cardiology with telemetry and surgical units. She also worked with antepartum, postpartum mother and babies. She loves to work with people of all ages.

She is with Progressive Medical Care from last four years, and patient adores her for her passionate nature, professionalism, knowledge and bedside manners.

While taking care of her patients, she focusses on compassion, communication and paying attention to details.  As a Nurse, she has a robust framework of ethics that guides her personal and professional conduct. She is committed to follow HIPPA laws and treat patients with respect and dignity. She currently lives in Maryland with husband and children. She likes to read, travel and watch movies.

Larissa Gbone, CRFNP:

Larrisa joined Progressive Medical Care in 2018 as a Certified Register Nurse Practitioner (CRNP). She has more than ten years of experience in the healthcare field, and she previously provided exceptional care to her patient in acute care, home healthcare, and Community clinics settings. She brings extensive experience, education, and passion for patients of Progressive Medical Care. Her dedication and commitment to providing the best care to her patients is the reason her patient trust her. She believes that prevention is better than medicine and her focus is to provide the best preventive care for her patients and families. She also has good experience in treating different chronic & acute disease states, such as Diabetes, Hypertension, Cardiovascular disease, woman healthcare, school fitness examinations, and elderly care

She earned her Nurse Practitioner degree from Walden University. She has Board Certification from AANP (American Academy of Nurse Practitioners)

Larissa personal mission to provide the highest quality health services to her community. She enjoys a career that allows her to help others and have a positive impact on her patients' lives. Larrisa lives in Montgomery County with her family, and she enjoyed reading, travelling and cooking. She can speak French and English fluently. 

 

Office timings:

            Progressive Medical Care has following extended hour to accommodate patients who cannot come in during business hours.

Monday - Friday:    8 am – 7 pm

             Saturday:   9 am -  5 pm

 

Laboratory  Service: Full laboratory services are available at Progressive Medical Care. No appointment required, just walk in during the following hours. Please do not forget to bring ID, Insurance Card and Laboratory orders with you.
